Yes you can get Express Shipping done at an additional cost anywhere in India. Incase you want to urgent delivery please write to us on email@example.com
DO YOU DELIVER OUT OF INDIA?
Yes we deliver out of India. Please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we would deliver the product to your given address.
HOW MUCH TAXES & DUTIES I WILL HAVE TO PAY?
VAT, duties & Taxes will be applicbale as per your country's regulations and will be borne by the customer. In some cases, you may be required to pay additional customes / RAT / VAT / DUTY VALUE to the courier company in order to receive your order.
CAN I MODIFY THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
Sorry, you cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Yes, you can add more products to your order provided we have not dispatched your current order. Incase if we have already dispatched your item you will have to make a new order.

Yes we provide cash of delivery within India only.

Yes, you can re-order the product that is sold out on our website.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING FACILITIES ?
Yes, deliver all our products in white carton box with beautifully packed with pastel ribbons on it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
While you are making a online payment you will be provided with an authorization code in confirmation, if your payment is successful. In case your payment is declined, we recommend that you check the accuracy of the details of your name, account details, billing address and password. Make sure that your internet connection is not disrupted during the process.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Before Returning any product we would like to tell you that all our products are totally handcrafted traditionally by craftsman from the making of the bag to crafting of metal hardwares. Each piece is unique and may slightly vary from each other. We return or exchange any product only if it is damaged in the transit or you have received an incorrect product. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DIFFERENT PRODUCT THEN THE ONE I ORDERED ?
Our apologies for such an incident. In such cases you can write a mail to email@example.com and return the product to us. We will deliver the correct product to you within 3 - 5 business days.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
We make our best efforts to show the accurate colour, texture and quality of the product on our website. Sometime they may vary due to different screens, monitors and resolution. Slight change in colour, texture of leather or hardware are not eligilble for exchange of the product.
